Shipment Polices

  1. All orders will be shipped within 7 working days upon payment completed.
  2. All orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post
  3. Shipping charge is for one single shipment only. The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.

  2. The charges will be shown online, and will depend on the weight of the merchandise and country of destination. For larger quantity orders, we reserve the right to deliver the order in multiple packages.
  3. We reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges due to incorrect and/or incomplete delivery address.

Duties and Taxes

  1. There may be specific country duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not reflect in our prices. You are fully responsible for any tax and duties chargeable by your local governments on the goods purchased from us. Please check with your local customs office for detail.
  2. If the country of destination requires import licence or other permit for import of our merchandise, it is your responsibility to obtain such license and permit at your expenses.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Only faulty items will be refunded, exchanged or replace as soon as possible.
  2. Customers should contact balletgirls within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
    We are not accept a request for return and/or exchange if Customers contact us after the 7-day period is over, or returns the merchandise to us without prior notice. Merchandise should be returned only upon prior inquiry and approval by balletgirls.
  3. Please follow the wash-care instructions on each item. Items not “cared -for” in the correct method will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return Product

  1. Please make sure to use either EMS or Airmail. [*We do not accept returned items that were sent by Surface mail or SAL (economy air).]
  2. Customer must pay in advance for shipping charges. Collect shipment will not be accepted.
  3. Upon arrival of the returned merchandise, we will ship the new merchandise. If the merchandise is out of stock or has been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund for the merchandise.
  4. The refund will be made through Paypal that was used to purchase the merchandise at balletgirls.
  5. The merchandise and shipping and handling charges may differ from those at refund, thus there may be differences in the total amount refunded due to exchange rate differences. Balletgirls will assume no responsibility for losses in the total amount refunded due to exchange rate differences.
